Crooked Stearing

My handlebars have to be slightly turned to the right to go straight. How can I fix this and line my handle bars up with my tires?

You have a toe in or out problem.

adjust your tie rods

I would say search adjustment of tie rods on this forum and see what you get. But what ever way its pulling that side's tie rod is way adjusted out. Turn your bars straight then take 2 long brooms or something that you know is straight and put them against the front wheels and see how they line up against the rears. Then take and adjust the tie rods so they are set to even.
