What do you xc racers do to help out with blisters?

new skin or msr half finger gloves sometimes both

and spider a3 grips with donuts on the insides

years of racing. i baby powder the inside of my gloves. i have also been using mechanics wear gloves one size to big. i normally wear large but since i switched to XL and a good coat of baby powder ive not had any bad ones lately

Thanks guys. I will have to get my son some of those liners, the last lap at Lake Sugartree put a hurtn on is hands.
