I NEED A SET OF +3 ,OR +4 JRD A-ARMS, STEERING STEM AND MOUNTING BLOCK, MOTOR MOUNTS FOR A 250R MOTOR AND A RADIATOR AND SHROUDS, MUST ALL BE JRD, LMK.

its gonna be hard, jrd went out close to 2 years ago and did not sell that much compared to laeger or houser, so parts might be hard to come by. A stock type 250r radiator will fit. You probably can have a stem made and the other parts you need. Jrd frames do not any use other brand a-arms, it is closely based from a Roll Lobo frame, infact alot of it is.
