Cam on cherry bomb

can i run a Hotcam Stage 1 intake cam on just a cherry bomb? my only other mods is an intake, and full yoshi exhaust.. i always run over 100 octain VP gas

it can be done but do you have a pipe or anything else?

yea i had so many questions myself,i started with sensible basics. i'm curious of quite a few things here.

Yeah first of all run 93 octane and you will probablly get more power for cheaper. Second I would be leary of running a cam and intake and exhaust without a programmer and a dyno tune. Do you know your air to fuel ratio? You could be hella lean...

I ran yosh cams on 93 pump gas with a cherry bomb, full pipe and with lid off. You will run a little lean but you can get away with it. Anything else though and you're going to need a programmer. To be honest I didn't notice a difference with cams anyways
