who sais u need some polishing kit, and a rediculous amount of time to get something lookin good. Heres what a few minutes with a scotch-brite pad some Zephyr Pro-40 and a buffing wheel will do for ya!

the PJR airbox runs $140. And like i put in the other post. My dad ran it down in Florida yesterday at the national, and he never slowed down for the puddles and NEVER missed a beat. Thats with the new design that PJR made. Its seriously an AWESOME airbox. I cant stress that enough!! But its 140 thats with a polished lid and your name and a design engraved on the lid.

The Graphics were custom made by Platinum Designs for me. Im gonna be sellin them as graphics kits. They are $70 i think that a good price for custom graphics! But when i get it all stickerd up ill post pics of the finished products. Thanks guys! It took a LONG time to get it done

Sweeeeet! Man only 4 months,,,what the he!! took mine so long:D But I still believe nothing looks as good as a good polishing with compounds on the buffing wheel. It took me about 15 minutes with my pipe and their isnt a swirl or single scratch in it anywhere!!! Looks like flawless chrome!!!

for some reason the polishing compunds u used made that stuff a little fuzzy. :p ;) Ill stick with my 5 min. job. Cuase after the first ride its destroyd anways:o

It does kind of make it fuzzy dont it:D No really, the compounds do an absolute flawless job, but you are 100% correct, after the first ride and re-polish with some Mothers or any other polish it starts to look swirly!! Thats the bad thing about aluminum. I was very close to sending my motor off and having every square inch of it polished, but I knew that wouldnt last very long,,,but a completely polished motor bolt for bolt looks so sweet at first!!! And at a price of around $700 to have it done,,,would end up a waste of money after a few rides!
