alright well i replaced the starter an all the leed wires to it as well also the alternator i got one problem fixed now i have another ..... the lights are surging an the radio wont work if the truck is running but will work if its not wtf can it be........ the alt is putting out 13.5vlts idk what else to look at or to replace to fix the damn thing any ideas.........
