I have a 2006 yfz450 in great shape with just new tires and battery, cam mod, and a full hmf exhaust. A guy want to trade me a 06 ltr 450 with k and n houser a arms cherry bomb full yosh exhaust mudlight tires blingstar bumper rockstar graphics fat bars tripple rate front springs nerfs w/heal guards. I only trail ride on wide trails. Would this be a good trade? Is the suspension on the ltr plush? Are they faster than the yfz?

Well actually I saw pics and it looks really nice. It was ridden on coal hills and trails thats why it has those tires.

i love my ltr. havent ridden the fuel injected yfz's, but its definitely quicker than the older ones. it is a little wider, but its great in the trails

I'm biased because I own an LTR but I think they handle better than anything. The only thing I wish was different is the weight but if you're trail riding that shouldn't be an issue. I personally hate the way YFZ's handle. Sounds like a good trade to me.

You should trade for a polaris. We all know they are OBVIOUSLY the best.

The suzuki ltr450 is without a doubt the smoothest 450 i have ever rode, suspension wise.
Its got all the power you would ever need.
I would do it as long as its nice.
Tell him, youll do it if you can swap rear tires, or all 4 tires with him.
I think thats a really good deal but thats just me.
