rear shock question/switching

i am going to do some pretty big jumps and i have a front end coming, shocks and a-arms, i jsut need a rear shock, i know the raptor rear is very nice and want to get oneb tu i cant find one anywhere at all, so i am wondering if anyother shocks that are good for jumping and better than a 300ex shock fit on a 300ex

i found this and wondering if it will fit, i knw the raptor 01 fits becsue of the remore rezzie, but i want to know if i could make this fit with a little work?
