Well i got my plastic from them a few weeks ago, and finally got the quad all back together. And the plastics are soo off with every hole. I had to cut a good half inch off the front plastic the WHOLE way around my gas tank. And the back to mounts that bolt to the gastank still arent in line. The back plastic seems to fit ok, but the front plastic SUCKS!!! Has anyone else had this problem? Or im i just to retarded to figure it out?

Mine fit extremely well, and went on no problem. Took about twenty minutes with one Dr Pepper break.

my maier plastic was funked up to, it would be soooo much easier if they had a stock mold or somethin, cause I had to make my own mounting brackets, make my own headlight brackets, couple hours worth of trimmin to get the headlights in right, and i still need to trim the bottom of the rear, the side of the rear where it overlaps the side panels, and i want to round off the lower edges on the front plastic cause its not rounded

haha, its def. a sweet color on the EX though. I love mine. Ill try and post some pics tonight with it done. Did u attach your fenders to the gastank and all before u drilled your front holes, or vice versa??

i set the plastic where it looked good, the back side of the front fenders (the part closest to the seat) i got that lined up on the gas tank then marked and drill the front holes

i still havent figured out how the rear brakets are suppose to bolt on? if they do at all

i guess u just slide them on, and they stay tight when u tighten everything up? Thats what my dad did, and his held up in Florida.

well i know how to mount the middle of the bracket to the plastic/seat but how does the end of the bracket hold onto the plastic?

When I had Maier plastic on mine I slid those rear brackets over the wire brace, tightened everything up and then tack welded them in place. Otherwise they rattle real bad!

My blue fit ok. It was the race cut design tho must be the sull versions that suck. O well i traded it for some stock red again so im good.
