steering stem spacer

does anybody have the dimensions of the little spacer that goes at the bottom of the steering stem? the 450r i bought is missing it and i am going to just make one. any help would be appreciated. Need outside diameter, inside diameter and length. thanks!

The inside diameter of the seal is your outside diameter of the spacer. the out side diameter of the stem is your inside diameter of the spacer. then just make it so the nut dosent bottom out on the seal.
