did u mess with the fule/air mix screw and the 165 sounds a lil rich id say 160 to 155 with 4 to 5 one inch holes in the airbox lid

Yes I turned it out like 2 and 1/2 turns and if I leve the 165 in and get a pre filter instead of the lid would tht be ok?

That sounds pretty rich, but it all depends on the bike, so nobody can tell you if it is or not, but do a plug reading, if it's chocolate brownish then it's perfect, white is lean and black is rich. Also a pre-filter does absolutly nothing to your jetting.

Yea I agree that sounds pretty rich honestly, u should be around a 155 main, how does the bike run at wot?

My set-up is in my sig and I only need a 162 with an airbox lid that looks like swiss cheese.

Yeah I'm running a k&n, t-4 slip on, and a k&n powerlid and I'm running a 155 main.

I had the 160 in it and the plug looked like I was a Lil white so I put the 165 in it and now spark plug looks ok but to me it feels a little sluggish, would to much fuel make it sluggish?!

Yea to get an accurate plug reading is difficult there is a certain procedure, if u look under the stickys at the top of the forum I believe there is instructions how to properly do a plug reading on your main jet, but it sounds to me that you are to rich I'd go back to your 160 if that one felt good or if u wanted u could try a 162, see if the sluggishness disappears..
