I am selling my 2004 Yamaha YFZ 450. The quad is fully worked from the frame, to the engine, to the suspension. The engine was modified by BCS racing..The engine was just freshly rebuilt around 5 or 6 hours ago by Muffs motorsports. It was rebuilt with a WR racing high compression piston and crank. The engine runs on 110 octane. It has the oil modification, and cam timing modification done to the engine. The head is port and polished. It has a Hinson clutch in it with the PEP easy pull clutch arm on it. It also has an ASV clutch lever. This makes the clutch lever very easy to be pulled in. The engine was always properly maintained using synthetic oil in it. Oil changes were done every 4 hours. It has a Nmotion exhaust and manifold on the engine. The front suspension has +3 long travel Walsh racing G33 a-arms with the G33 tie rods. The front shocks are custom axis fully adjustable triple rate Titanium series shocks with piggyback reservoirs The rear suspension is also a Custom Axis fully adjustable dual rate rear shock with a remote reservoir on it.It is also set up for a 185 LBS MX rider. All 3 shocks are in great shape. They are not leaking nor damaged. The swing arm is a Lonestar racing standard length with a new Lonestar racing bearing carrier in it. The axle is a Durablue heavy duty axle extended 2+2 on it. The frame is a stock yfz frame but it has a gusset kit on it. The gusset kit was done by Muffs motorsports. The sub frame is a Walsh racing 6 point subframe. Neither the frame or the subframe is bent or damaged. The steering stem is a Lonestar racing +1 Antivibe steering stem. It has a Gibson steering stabilizer on it. The handle bars are TAG handle bars. The wiring harness is race wiring harness. It also has a Walsh racing battery holder on it. This bike does not have headlights. It has a YZ push button start on it. The front bumper is a Blingstar Iron cross. The oil tank, rear brake caliper, upper a-arms, and hubs are powdercoated orange. The frame, lower a-arms ,a-arms and swingarm are powdercoated candy blue. The plastics are Polisport orange plastics. The bike has the coolant tank/key relocation mod done to it. The quad does not have heel guards but it has Rath nerf bars. This whole bike was maintained by Muffs Motorsports. Nothing is wrong with the bike.
