I'm re Jetting my carb this weekend, its all stock just added a k&n filter, yoshi full exhaust and a revbox, I'm going with a 42 pilot jet... My main question is main size and needle clip position, I think a 155 main should be close to what I need, and no clue with needle position, but if anyone has some suggestions I'd appreciate it! Thanks everyone.

Leave the needle in the stock setting. 155 should get ya close

A 155 should be alright, but I would start a 158 and go down just to be safe, did you remove your airbox lid?

No, I'm leaving the airbox on I go through water sometimes so I'm leaving all of that stock, I picked up a 152, 155 and a 158 to be sure

There's a lot of good threads in the "Sticky" section at the beginning of the 400ex forum, they have helped me quite a bit.
