Banshees are amazing Powerhouses. I don't know why everyone hates on the Raptor so muh either, they are pretty good quads. I rode a 660 and it was pretty fast. I was gonna buy it. But it was 01 and hasnt had the gearbox deal done before 2nd gear went out

Nothing wrong with a banshee, the fact it has 100cc more displacement and 2 cylinders and not 1 when compared to the 250r just may have something to do with it imho.

As for raptors, they aint bad but man they top heavy imho.

People will ride what they want to ride, let'm.

The list seems a little Yamaha biased but its really not that bad.. Yamaha has actually made some of the most popular machines ever.

Anyways, anymore im really not all that biased to one brand. I WAS deff a die hard honda fan but now i am really trying to keep an open mind to everything.

CJM was right, Raptors....they are top heavy. They set up high. But everyone that says "Raptors weigh a ton!".... have you ever compared the specs to a yfz450 and raptor?

The new yfz's with the alminum frame and EFI etc.. are like 400lbs. The raptors are like 420lbs.

Now the older yfz's are like 300+something.. 350 i think. I know the honda 450 is 390lbs.

@That bonestock guy, everything has some bugs. They had major recalls because of no doors and were getting sued because people were falling out and getting killed. there fault IMHO. A sportsman really is a great quad now, very pricey. the typical "hold muh beer" guy doesnt have 10k+ to drop into a utility.. people want banshees and raptors because they are some of the fastest quads, they think they are BA because they have a quadd like that. there very respectable owners of any quad. every quad has that dumb owner. or when a guy puts mudlights on a sport quad, nothing drives me more crazy!

If you widen the raptor out a bit its a good ride..

I have one that was retarded top heavy untill I did that (~48"), and I'll never go back to stock width. An EXCELLENT trail quad/torque monster.

Looks like a couple 400ex kiddies are mad because stock Craptors are faster than them, lol.

I would have knocked that guy with the raptor out if he snapped on me like that after a wreck, what a jacka$s.
