View Full Version : Maier Green Hood

Alright guys, I am thinking on picking up a Green Maier Scoop hood made for a 400 for my kFx730. I test fit the one from the 400 I had and it looked okay from what I remember. If I do buy one and don't like it would anyone buy it from me? This way I know I am not stuck with something I won't use if I don't like it. I am picky. LoL


Here is how it fit my plastics. The top mounting holes even lined up. Anyone buy it if I don't like? It will be a scooped hood like shown but in Green.

never seen anyone drop so much money into a kfx 700 like that. you could have like 2 race built kawis for that!

I dont race. I ride. It will beat most anything that lines up beside it in a drag race. It's a 730 big bore with custom grind stage 3 cams. Motor is near 100 horsepower. I don't have that much into it. There cheap to mod. Best sport there is for the trails.

Ahh it's cool. My Kawie would tow both of those "race" kawies out of the woods when they got stuck or broke. It would take a rather serious ride to beat what I have. Right now my motor is putting out about 100 horse. I have less in it than I would buying a new stock sport of any kind 400+ cc.
