What bore is this carb and what year is it set up for?

Its a 39 and it came off a modded 400 but will work with 450r from the looks of the idle screw it looks like it cam off a dirtbike

Does this have a adapter to fit a 04/05?

No ull have to get one it came of a 400 ex U might be able tO use the stock boot and all im not sure
