Both are really good pistons. I wouldn't be concerned about running a Wiseco at all.

both pistons are very respectable. but CT told me that wiseco pistons take a little longer to break in. Go check out their tip sheets on ct's website and i believe it says how to break in a wiseco pistons somewhere on there.

both pistons will last, if you want to get picky alot of engine builders dont like
weisco's becuase the bridge from intake valve indent to exhuast valve indent is very tall compared to say cp, which creats more heat and a very small amount of less flow

There both good pistons. Personally Ive always ran Weisco and had pretty good luck, buddies of mine ran JE and had good luck.
Whats the price difference between them?
