need a 400ex motor

i bought my quad while in afghanistan, went home on R&R tried to start it. apparently in the 2 months it "sat in the garage" it **** at least 2 valves and siezed my piston. now im in search of a new motor for a decent price. let me know what you got and if you could give me an estimate on shipping to racine wi 53404 thanks!!!
