Can anyone tell me what brad this swinger is?

I got it in a large parts lot I bought, its raw chromolly steel.
1986-87 standard length, looks beefey but any idea what company made it, Guy I got it from said he dide nt remember but he thinks it came from New York?
Any help identifying would be great

Looks like a weird Walsh to me?

It looks similar to a JB, but they usually have the name engraved in the front pivot on the left.

Possible it's burgard or rpm. Not too many people use 1 pinch bolt anymore so it indicates it's probably older.

Im sure its old I bought a parts lot from a local retired racer he said he bought it late 90s and never used it.
He messed up his knees around 2001 and was holding on to a big parts lot which I bought last weak. There where a few specific items I was after but he would only sell it as a whole so what could I do now I have about 3 totes of stuff to sell of on this site or ebay.
I was trying to figure out what brand it was so I knew how to list it?
