Are you joking? Sparks makes awesome products for the 400ex. His stuff is top notch. (you can tell by the price) Curtis is the Engine builder of the year. What are you wanting to get?

Yeah, Sparks is one of the best. Why else would a lot of the pros use his motors.

Jerimiah Jones (GNC Champ)
Shane Hitt
Travis Spader (switched to Curtis Sparks from PSI midway through the season)

Those are some of the top contenders, and if they rely on Sparks, why wouldn't I.

I was thinking about starting out with Sparks Racing’s foam air filter, Sparks modified air box lid, Sparks ignition advance key, Sparks CDI, and the Sparks X-6 exhaust system and going from there.:devil I hope there will be a big difference.

Your deffinetly going to feel a big power increase, going from stock to all of those Sparks bolt on's. You will like it.

400mxer-What do you mean you rely on sparks? you don't have a peice of sparks equipment on your bike going by your sig.

You can't beat sparks. They have make some of the best engine parts money can buy

I wouldn`t get the modified air box lid. I`ve heard that doesn`t hold up very well because it`s so cheap. Rather than that you have an awesome setup. You will fill a huge power difference.

Yeah i forgot about that totally. I got that for 15 and all it is is just a thin sheet of like black nylon. You cut a hole in your air box lid and velcro that in. So from now on, you have basically no airbox lid adn you should have you on when you wash your bike so it doesn't get the filter soaked

kabd69667 sorry bout that, i ment to put you, not I. But i must say, if i was to buy another pipe i would get a sparks.

Where should I go after that? I'm kinda crazy and want to go fast as hell :devil Should I bore or get a cam or what? I'd like to race maybe around March 2002.

What kind of racing are you going to be doing and how much money are you willing to spend? If your going to race MX I would get a Sparks 416 or 440 kit. If your racing GNCC then you would want the GNCC 416 kit by Sparks.

Oh, thats ok....just don't let it happen again! no no no just kiddin

There's an expression, you can only go as fast as your chassis will let you. I would say go w/ a arms, and shocks and an axle.

DOes Sparks make good products???? What kindof question is that? Thats a no brainer, of course they do, they make great products!

Depends, if your building up a sparks motor, go with the sparks cam, i'm sure he grinds his cams to work well with his motors.

As for durability, i couldn't tell ya.

I have a spraks racing cam it really helped alot in the mid to top end of the power. It rev's alot faster than stock. All the products i have gotten form sparks racing have helped my bike alot. I am about to get a 39mm fcr from sparks. Becouse when you order it he asks what you have done to you bike and jets it for you.
