help?!? ltr electrical issue

i have an 06 ltr 450 thats been getting me frustrated for the past 6 months it has a issue to where when im riding the bike it will slowly kill the battery and when it shuts off it will slowly turn over and not start and sometimes it will make the bike overheat and not run good it also was blowing fuses beside the battery box any ideas on how i can fix this proplem i have changed the wiering harness, new stator, brand new battery?????
