Anyone heard of this, or would there be a post of it already? Well I was in school the other day and I guess one of the kids found out about this company named Storm something I dunno. Well anyway I guess they bought the patent for the honda trx250r and there are going to produce a limited supply before 2005 of brand new 250r.s Anyone heard of this going on?

I will get a webpage tomorrow about it all.

i think i have seen one of these on ebay. the name 'storm' sounds familiar. it was a few months ago so i really dont remember but it was a look-a-like of the R.

i saw something like that in dirtwheels a while ago, i think it is just some polaris lookin thing with a cheap asian motor in it. It didnt look good enough to be called a 250r:grr

i remember some company coming out with a a new 250 2 stroke a while back. it was supposed to make 70 hp and it was in a cheap blaster esque knock off frame. sounded crappy. i wonder if this is the same company..i don't think it is tho...

WEll the guy that was suppose to get info on it wasnt in school today, but I guess the local Suzuki shop is getting dealer info on this machine. All I was told is its a replica of a honda trx250r that they will produce limited supply of for the next 2 years. I mean, it took Yama how many years to release the patent for that little PW? So maybe honda did sell the patent for the 250r for a limited edition one that this "storm power" is creating.. Still hold on for the exact details though!

:eek2: ...one of the evaluations said it felt like the steering was "heavy" ..I am not sure what they meant exactly..
but its probably related the to way it was engineered :confused:
