HEy, i just talked to my dad and he got a customer that just gave him a YZ250 motor because my dad fixed it and the guy got his bike stolen and just found the chassis and the motor. I was wondering if i will be able to fit it perfectly fine in a 250r rolling chassis with the 250r radiator?

you will have to custom fabricate some motor mounts. make sure you mount the motor on rubber grommets. gusset the frame. and get an anti vibe steering stem. the yz motor is NON counter balanced and will vibrate the heck out of ya. i stress on mounting the motor on rubber pieces

If I where you I would sell the YZ and buy a PV cylinder for your R. IT would make as much power and bypass all the crap you would have to go through that milf hunter already pointed out.

Im not sure if a 250r pipe would fit, but i think it would be pretty expensie to have someone make one. That, and the vibration would be the only problems i see.
