im pretty sure he isnt planning on doing NEATV's, suzuki is trying to get his quads back but that most likely isnt going to happen. He does have a quad built and ready to go. He is trying/did sell his rig, pretty sure its gone now...He recently started a tree trimming business. no point of racing Pro quads anymore, money is gone

Haha I feel like everyone in pa is a tree trimmer or has a tree removal service...I guess we just have a lot of tress huh?

just curious why suzuki is making a fuss over gettin a couple quads back? Maybe stuff on them that they dont want to leak out or just plainly making a fuss to make a fuss?

X2 rollie,

I heard he is done. Im more up to date with the XC side of atv racing but i heard from a pretty reliable source that he was done..

Sad because he can flat out, ride...

i think they want the quads back for the same reason they took all the quads out of the dealerships...The LTR's dont meet current EPA regulations so they had to pull all of them out of dealerships and i think since the race team bikes were not purchased from an end consumer that suzuki is required to take them back? not positive on that but i think that's the reason

Well the problem with them not being able to sell them is because "the ltr is too easily modified" so the EPA was getting pissed... The rmz is imported as a closed course race bike so they can duck under EPA laws... I would imagine those are still factory bikes with factory ignitions and factory motors so they belong to the factory unless it was in his Contract that he gets to keep them...
