So my buddy has a chineese 125cc pitbike, not a gio some other thing, he says it runs and it just needs a little bit of work, $80 for that and a pair of never used fox pants for my brother, sound like a good deal or am I gettin dinked?

The worst part is what kinda "work" does it need? Becuase its veery hard to find parts for some of those chinese things.

The only thing that really needs done is all the bolts are junk and keep coming loose and he knows nothing about this kind of stuff so he doesn't ever tighten them enough. It all works he just never uses it and is sick of maintaining stupid things like that. I'm going for it if I don't need a new track for my sled :(

For 80 bucks!! **** it. If it dont run you can always ghost ride it off a jump or something. That alone would be worth 80 bucks

Oh also theres a dealer right beside my highschool that he bought it from and can get the parts for it easy.

I'm going over to his place right now to help with his truck, I don't have the 80 bucks right now but he doesn't even have it up for sale I just asked him about it and he said that's the price. Maybe he'll just let me take it now and pay him later considering I put a strait pipe in his truck for free and I'm helping him wire speakers tonight, also free. I'll keep you guys posted.

Well I went and picked it up, it's a 2007 Daymak 125, I think they call it a "Jazz" but I'm not sure. Three engine mount bolts were broken and missing, replaced all of those, needs a clutch cable, and the only other things missing is one of the front shock adjuster knobs, and the number plate, I might go get the knob but idk about the plate. I think the pilot is a bit dirty because it will idel then die after about 15 seconds, but other than that it works fine.

Well, I went and got my clutch cable, made a number plate out of the top of an old 45 gallon barrel, switched the chitty grips to some better ones, and figured out how to adjust the rear shock. It idels sometimes now, but you have to ride it for quite a while first before it does it. Probably going to re-cover the seat with some vinal I have laying around, and put some more foam in the dip of the seat, so I don't keep sliding down there as my arse is right on the tip of the seat.
