Will the 04 manual work for an 05? I have an 05. I know they are similar but dont really know the difference between the 04-05's exactly.

The service manual actually has 2004 on the cover.

I see that. However, my 450 is an 05, so I was asking if the 04 manual is the same as the 05 manual? I know not much changed between 04-05 but i'm not certain on what did.
