im looking into getting a set of beadlock wheels but im unsure of brand and size.

id like to be able to run a 20 rear and be able to switch to an 18 rear depending on where im riding .

i ride trails very aggressively, some mx, etc . im more of a gncc style rider .

The best in my opinion is Dwt G2 beadlocks you can get the 2 rears on ebay for 250 wich is a good deal.

19 is to small in most cases, so is 18. I refuse to run anything less than 20's and I ride strictly open dunes, trails and such.

i have 20's rear and 21 fronts now the thing is my rear tires are pretty close to my nerf bars but that could be due to my brand new chain (yes its adjusted properly)

I doubt its your chain, its the nerfs if anything.

20 rears and 21 fronts is a good trail setup

right now im looking to get a good set of wheels i egged both my fronts the second day i rode then. and yeah it probably is my nerfs they never touch its just real close. im looking for more slide with out my quad feeling like it wants to flip . i already have an extended axle so my front its about an 1 inch shorter than the rear (to me its no big deal), i've liked it this way until i noticed that when sliding around stuff on hard pack im pulling the front tires off the ground exiting corners.

sorry none of that really has to do with wheels.

what would be the best set up wheel size wise i dont want any bigger that 20r /21f

im looking to get new wheels and probably the rear link but im unsure of wheel size and which link. I do occasionally jump huge stuff , so id really like to ditch this stock stuff and get my comfort back.

front stocks and a arms are in the works as we speak (im waitng on a good deal)

to me, just lowering the overall ride hight made a big difference on my bike. it feels so much more stable in corners and hard turns when it sets down kinda low. only bad part is you have less ground clearance and hit alot more crap on the trails. But.....if you have a good swingarm and chassis skidplate that shouldnt even matter.

Id say look into a gt thunder MX linkage. Im not completely sure, but I think its the same as the XC linkage except it wont lower the ride height as much. Currently the way my bike is setup, I bottom out on any kind of decent sized jump cause I got my shocks setup fairly soft and also my ride height is kinda low to begin with.

my main thing is i dont want to bottom out . i fly through some pretty whooped trails at speed and the last thing i want to do is lay frame or my face on the ground
