its supposed to be mounted under the heat shield under the gas tank and the fill tube under the front hood its the same for all the +06ers

so I would say its been removed

So that looks right to you? I thought there was supposed to be a tank right to the right of the fan and the cap coming up through the hood area?

Alot of racers, me and myson included don't run a overflow tank cause it is mearly for that overflow. Mostly a epa thing so you aren't overflowing poison onto the ground

having a properly filled overfull tank does add a couple pounds of pressure, if you notice that your tube is spilling over without a over flow tank it might be worth running a higher pressure cap,

if your radiator starts getting to low it has a reduction of pressure and allows room for air to produce steam.

not to mention raise the pressure raise your boiling point,

steam is more of an overheating enemy then temp
