Cr500, spring/valving setups

Curious.... to those who know what they actually have without guessing, what spring rates are you using on your cr500 rear end? What type of riding do you do, how much do you weigh? I've been working with mine a lot lately, trying to find my suite spot. I did install plush ride though and I think its more critical to take full advantage of its purpose. ...shuler....shuler...shuler..?

Single or dual rate shock?

Either single or dual, doesn't matter just curious to know what is working well. I've tested two different main springs on my dual rate, and I've tested another single rate. But I don't know the exact lbs on those springs. I'm going to take them to the shop and check them. But from a riding standpoint the single has worked the best so far.
