So I've been wanting some better shocks, 450r shocks are far away and I could get some yfz ones close by. I know they make a relocater bracket for a 300ex that will adapt 400ex shocks, but since the yfz shocks drop the quad 2 inches and widen it, I don't really want that (trail rider) So is there anywhere that makes a bracket so you can keep stock height and width with the yfz shocks?

I don think so

Thing with the YFZ shocks is it lowers the front about an inch, not a huge deal at all really.

In in order to properly install them you gotta cut 1/16 or so off each side of the top face of the eye. Takes maybe 15 mins with a grinder or a bandsaw. The bottom eye is fine. They ride better than the 450r shocks from what I gather.

Yeah I know about modding them, that's fine whatever, just wondered if there was a bracket, I heard 2 inches but 1 doesn't seem bad. Do you know if it widens it any?

Well of course it will be slightly wider due to the height of the arms, but maybe 1/4 of an inch maybe 1/2 at best.

Okay thanks, I just wondered how much it would widen it, I'll probably go for them then :)
