Looking for a DS650 hub....front or rear. I just want to use it for the latest drill jig coming up with the DS pattern, 144, 156, jj&a 3 bolt, 110, 137, and 115.

If you donate it I'll sell you a jig at my cost plus shipping.

Ok so a member from here sent me a rear hub from a DS650 that is supposely 143 bolt pattern, but it is more like 144.5? Has anyone ever measured one with a digital caliper?

143 is to the center . and the bombardier uses larger bolts. than most
so it isn't much different than a 144. when i used 143 rims on my 250r frame i only had to hand file them a little to clear the threads.

I have made over 150 jigs and never had an issue with bolt patterns. The bolt pattern is definitely NOT 143mm, not on the one I have here. The 143 bolt pattern on my jig would not fit; the 144 is close but 144.5 is about perfect.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to scratch the 143 ouf of the new jig....unless I confirm the real measurement.

The studs are still 10mm....different thread yes, but same size.

So when you file your 144 wheels, do you enlarge the holes to the outside making the bolt pattern "bigger" or to the inside making it "smaller"?

I have to give the CNC shop an answer by tomorrow...I'm thinking to have them drill the 144mm holes 11mm instead of 10mm and scratch the 143.
