yes.

The Houser Swing Arm uses bearing Part # 132003, they are $6.80 each, you will need 4. The Bearing Sleeves, Thrust Bearings and Dust Caps are Yamaha Pivot Hardware for the late 90's four-stroke dirt bikes (YZ426F, WR400F, Etc.) Those parts can be purchased at any Yamaha Dealer.

that is a houser parts number. the way he made it sound was that any late 90s dirt bike swingarm bearings would work.

haha i'm not sure either dude :blah:

sounds to me like you need the houser actual swinger bearings, with the dirtbike bearing sleeves thrust bearings and dust seals.... how I interpreted it....

pretty sure the whole 426 kit is what they used i will post if it works. im still trying to understand the motor mounting issue why did they mount it at a backward angle im wanting to cut chassis and change that but not looking to do that much work

possibly a tank clearence issue. havent a clue on that one. but i pressed the yz426f bearings in and they went in just fine they were a little shorter then the houser bearings. i didnt eve think to mic them before i put them in to see if there was any difference.

if u used two bearings i think its fine im doing the same and i figured out the motor issue laegar did it to. the travel on the dirtbike and the atv is almost the same however the dirtbike has a much bigger sprocket so the angle of the chain doesnt change as much by angling the motor it helps the angle when the swinger drops. i have that issue with my gibson chassis they get real loose when the swing arm dropps but it hasnt ever caused a problem. im mad cause the bottom of my motor is lower than the frame rail one good bottom out and case is junk

my buddy was going to do that when he made the gibson chassis but east coast wanted the motors lever wich i like as well. he just told me thats why the motor is like that. this is a 426 chassis and i put a 450 in it the bottom is lower and sticks out because of that. it could have something to do with the tank too i guess but my buddy just angled the tanks on the gibson chassis

makes sense. minor modifications can change alot of different things. i need to pick me up a miller tig and a jd2 bender.
