jetting help please!

ok im not good at jetting at all,so i need some recomendations to start.
cp 12:1 sb piston
ported head
oversize exhaust valves
hc stg 2
nmotion full exhaust
dasa intake with a 4.5in cv4 foam filter
it was at 178main 48 piliot and 2.75 turns befor. that was just a standerd uni filter no lid and the nmotion. it wasent dieing down on throttle befor and was lean on decel.

i have a kit with sizes (goes by sizes of 5's) from 160 -195 and a 48 and 50 piliot.

185 main, 50 pilot, 2 1/2 - 3 turns on fuel screw.

ok anyone else? just wanna make sure i get it right cant break it in leaan... i was told aaround 190 so that sounds close

that is exactly where i would start also. if your not at any crazy high elevation this will probally put you so close to the ball park you can smell the hotdogs
