05 crank vs 06 crank

i know that a yfz can have the crank,cylinder,piston, and head switched from one year to the next.

can the crank,piston,cylinder,and head be switched from an 05 to and 06+ 450r?

im asking about the compete combination

no sir different stroke bore and head.. the only things that can interchange are cam up til 07 .. stock bore on an 04-05 is 94mm and 06 and up is 96mm bore.

i was reffering to if i used all of it. the 06+ crank, cylinder, piston, head would it work? im sure the timing chain also

no different cases wont allow the newer crank, totally different
