well i think it wouldn't be worth it. I had a 250r tcs shock when i parted out my 250r. I thought it would work on my ex. its wasn't even close.

well i know a guy i can get a axis 400ex shock for dealer price so i was thinking it was worth it(well at least wahtever his dealer price is.) i was thinking it would work i am gonna borrow his shock and take measurments. ill let you guys know. the only thing i am worried about is the linkage width and if will fit in the bottom of the shock.

they wont work. U need a differant Clevis on the bottom of the shock. If u can get a 400EX shock for cost from a guy, a 250R one is the same price, so why cant u just git it?

well because this is a one-time deal because he already ordered the shock and now he decided to go with other shocks and is selling this one to me cheap cause i ride with him and im the one who got him into quads.
