Got a couple left over from a run I did for a guy, and he never pulled thru.. fits yfz prodesign hardware. As tucked up in the sub as they get. pm for price.

What size is the Ring that attaches to the Intake boot ?

If it's 4-1/2" then you might beable to sell it as a 250R Airbox that connects to a Quadzilla Intake boot

langbolt, this one is alot larger then the lt, but I make an intake ring that goes lt to 250r filter. This is the cad of it, I don't have any pics of the finished one here at work...

It's the Yfz air boot, I bought one from him, going to use the Yfz air boot and the pro-design filter kit and hardware with his custom box...

So you make an Adaptor to use an LT500 intake boot on a 250R Airbox ? Or did you mean a different LT ?

Sorry I shouldn't have mixed these posts up, the box pictured used yfz prodesign, intake, boot and filter.

The flange shown is used with a different box, lt500 boot and 250r airfilter.

Sorry I haven't replied in a few days guys.. Here is the story this started as just making a box for my crf. Which is easy because its in my garage. I've sold several of these as they do work on quite a few combos. When selling the ones I have, I've asked for feedback as to what should be changed to make it fit more correct for the different bikes hoping I could kind of dial it in and make a specific box for, a no link, cr, link, walsh, houser, laeger etc.. I've even said that I would make alterations if it didn't fit and send a new corrected one since I can't have every bike here.
With that being said... I have gotten zero feedback, which is fine, I assume they are working, but I would like to personally refine each so I can sell it with the confidence of knowing its what you need.
So CHARLES, I don't think it will fit your houser, but I think I could make one that will based off my prior experience with no links. and langbolt I will send you a pm.

Sounds good I wouldn't even change that one so u could still have it back. What I would like is if u wrote all the changes u would want on it with perm marker. Kind of a move this here... Change this hole... Or whatever. Just looking for some help so its best on your end. Then label what motor, intake, frame ur using.

I'm gonna keep an eye on this. I've got the stock 250R airbox and filter, with Walsh intake tube on my Walsh YZ. I like how this airbox is tucked higher in the subframe. So I'm curious if one of these would work on my bike.

You said it takes 250r filters, which is a start.Could you measure the od on the intake, outside the box. It may solve a problem , I have.Thanks.

Flange size could be made whatever size. I do apologize guys I've been super busy and have had no time to work on quad stuff the past few months. I will try to get back at it in the coming week and get some made up for you guys.

Koh, I've just been really busy, and grooves never brought me his LSR bike to mock off of. I've had them in the past and could probably come close off memory but it would be nice to have a bike again. I'll let you know. Supposed to see him this weekend maybe I can take some measurements.
