View Full Version : Tiny bubbles in oil?
Recently Ive just been flushing out my 05 with oil and letting it idle and drain. (using rotella) Changed the filter and filled her up. Let it idle for like a minute. I looked threw the watch glass to check color and it looked like it was a bunch of tiny bubbles. The color looked good it just seemed weird thats theres all these bubbles.
This normal? this is my first 450

i sure but i think you put to much oil in causing the crank to splash the oil causing the oil to bubble

I noticed that specifically when running the Dino 15-40 in the white bottle, but not in other oils, call me crazy or whatever..... I know the oil is fully vetted and there are far too many running it to be an issue. I also run it in numerous machines with great success.

The oil is getting pumped / squirted round inside engine... perfectly normal. Nothing to worry about.
