So I got inspired to post some more! My first 250R was a 86 ATC!

Dustin, i also got the chance to go to Ashtabula this past year and run in the 450b class on a borrowed bike, the speed you get going is a little hairy but I wouldnt trade the experience for anything, i dont have any pics of it though, so heres a pic of me and my walsh out on a fall ride at a friends house. This is the best thread that has been posted on this website hands down.

The quad in that middle picture ended up about 15 minutes from my house last summer. Some 15 year old kid had it. When he first got it he called me saying he bought a 450R and wanted som parts upon seeing it i told him it was not a 450R....YES IT IS ITS AN 06 450R....he had not clue what he had but it needed a head. I tried and tried and tried to buy it with no luck He let some local yahoo try to work on it and next thing i know he traded it for a Z400 with an ishock front end. I was sick. I wanted it to restore. It was rough now. I hope whoever got it knew what they had

WOW!! Just happened on to this thread and it's nothing short of amazing! I started racing the nationals around 98 went to a few in 97 and this brings back so many memorys. Dustin you where always one of mine and my wife's favorites to watch. I've got some old pics I'll have to dig up and post. I quit mx and started GNCC in 02 but always loved the Mx Nationals.

its too bad that image shack and all of the others broke the free aspect of their sites. it really made a big mess for all of the threads that had images from them. Just about all of the images i ever posted were from image shack, they are all gone, unfortunately.

all of the information stored in those pics was priceless...
