i think i have a weak spark problem. if you read the other post gas/air issues you will get more info there.
it runs off of starting fluid but not off of gas. fresh 93 octane gas will not ignite. I held a screw driver in the spark plug wire and i can barely feel anything when i kick it. 5hp briggs have way more lol
sometime i can't tell if it's doin anything then sometimes it will shock me pretty good and throw a blue arc to a ground.
do coil packs just go bad and completely quit or do they have behavior like i described?
can the stator be worn out?
can it be a weak enough spark to ignit the really high octane starting fluid and not hot enough to ignite gas?
btw the plug is wet when i pull it so i don't think its a crank case leak.
