i have a 2006 drr50. the throttle is pretty stiff for my 5 year old to push for hours on end. anybody know any tricks to help lighten it up? thanks, travis

You can lube the cable for the throttle, or we take the carb slide spring out and cut a couple of rounds off of it. Dont cut too much though! Usally I will cut a little and try it, then cut a little more.

Replace it with an e-ton throttle

Honda thumb throtle with new cable rotate housing slightly upward. Setup we started using when my son was 3 also take the spring out of the thumb throttle housing
