Engine/Fuel Question

Thinking or trading my 2005 450r for a 1989 trx 250r. Its has a built engine with a 4 mil stroker crank in it and has been ported by d&d racing here in NY. It has a stock head on it and requires race fuel. I was told the compression is close to 185-190 lbs.

My question what size dome would be needed to in a cool head to make this thing run pupm 93 octane again.

Any help would be great.

180-190 is still in the 93 octane range, maybe 50% 93 and 50% 110 any more than that would probably be a waste and you will lose some power, up around 210psi is when you really need to start running race gas. Other thing I would look at is proof it's really a stroker motor, 95% of the time I look at quads listed as stroke motors they are nothing more than a long rod crank with spacer plate, and even after you show them the y don't have a stroker they don't believe you or don't want too, lol..
