I have for sale a showa rear shock that came off a 300ex that i bought thats been sitting. It isnt blown or anything but i would suggest a rebuild anyways just to be sure. Im rebuilding the bike for my little brother and just throwing the stockers back on so this one is up for sale. Heres a link to a pic.

As with almost all parts on these bikes im pretty sure they are interchangable between the 250r 300ex 450r and 400ex, but check this for yourself as i am not positive.
