just bought this thing and had to spray starting fluid in it to get it to fire and run. if you get it to start off the gas it runs like CRAP and dies after 15-20 seconds and the plug is wet.
remove the carb and spray fluid in it and it will rev fine as long as you add fluid. new reeds and I tried 2 different carbs. has a new base gasket so someone has replaced the rings more than likely and possibly the piston.
only thing i can think of is bad gas.
any other ideas?
