ok, i think i finally talked the boss(wife) out of some money (funny only i work, how's that?) i"m tired of my stock shocks ! what could or should i get for a grand? i want shocks and +2 a arms for motocross. i know i'll be lucky to get a arms and front shocks for 1000bucks,so maybe get all 3 shocks and wait for +2a arms later? just ride'm stiff for awhile?

If you are on a budget then you could get a set of ressivored works shocks for +2 arms and get the arms for under a grand. and then have your rear shock rebuilt later. :p

pep race shocks - $595
Houser +2 Aarms - $525
if thats to much( i know it over 1K) you should try and pick up some used housers for like 300-400

and keep your stock rear for now

i would get elkas and houser, the peps have a very long wait time, but if yer willing to wait, id get pep

If you check out pg.138 in the newest dirtwheels. Janssen Racing will sell you some janssen racing a arms, elka shocks and galfer brake lines for $925. chekc it out.

ELKA's Piggyback=895 (quadshop will give u a better deal)
Denton Steering Stablelizer=130

After the quadshop works with ya i'd say that total will be right around 1000. Or works and some +2 a-arms would be good but I went with ELKAS and the stablelizer and just flipped my wheels for width.
