2011 apex mxr90 motor swap?

i am looking to swap a apex stock motor out with an 85cc motor out of a cr85 and was only concerned with the setup with the chain being on the opposite side does the axle flip over and i could put the sprocket will be on the left? if anyone has any ideas on an easy way to make this swap im open for suggestions

Apex has a kit with the a new swing arm and the motor mounts you will need to drop her in.
