cobra's in worcs again

Worcs has brought the cobra class back. For the year to see how turn out is. Let's make a showing.

Nice showing at the last race. Do you know what the class will be limited to? 50cc, 70cc, or 90cc, etc. Also, do they have to be stock motors and not mods?

the worcs rule book has been updated it is on the web site they have a 50-70ss class for 6-12 year olds that run on sunday. and a 8-15 sport class. apparently they can be modded as long as they nare with in the displacement. and the sport class is open to pretty much any youth quad.

they also said if your kid is under the age limit you can sign a waiver as long as they are with in what their insurance limits for displacement for age.
so a 6 year old can race the sport class but he must be on a 70 or smaller.

they also had a cobra in the 50cc class that says it is cvt only and they are looking into a possible rule change for that class.

The rule book is pretty confusing. I guess we are still out since it continues to say that 'No 2 strk shifter ATV’s allowed in any class except shifter'. Then the only shifter classes are air cooled 250's and liquid cooled 250's.

There was a Cobra in the LC class that raced against the 250F powered bikes. Not much of a chance to keep up with those things.

it doesn't define the sport class by much. I would just call them as I and others have been doing..I think they will work something out. or it will atleast let them know they are lossing business. they are a good bunch of people though.

Most of the cobra's came from Washington and we are using Primm as a throw out but will be back for the rest of the series.

sweet I think we will be at havasu with a new cobra. will be the first race not on a drr. primm is our closest and funnest race but we don't have a bike yet we destroyed our drr at glen helen.. so looking to part out a hetrick gen 3 50/70 pipe and a malossi team2 70cc cylinder,head and piston, delta clutch w/wing bell. all with less then 1 race on them.

What size of Cobra are you bringing?

not sure but only have a 70 ss class that a 6 year old can race in they can't race in the 50 class cause it isn't a cvt.. kind of a pain in the rear to figure it out.

OK. I was just trying to guage whether there would be any 90cc shifters out there. My son still much prefers to race his Cobra mod than his Raptor.

call maria she. I know at the track if you tell them with in x amount of time before your race starts she will apply it to the next race. I don't blame him for wanting to race that.
