I believe Walsh radiators are C&R and oh yeah NASCAR uses them too

I heard that there are special shrouds available for the c&r radiator. Will my aftermarket shrouds that fit the oem radiator fit the c&r?

Damm, if I didn't already have an AFCO with Fourwerks CF srouds thats what I'd want! I may look this thread up in the future to see for another build!! I'm diggin that radiator!! It looks just like walsh, but that would mean that I'd have to buy a Wash Chassis and do a Wassh build. Well if I get that nice insurance settlement that I'm waiting for then maybe I'll finish UP all my existing projects and start a Walsh build. I know just the guy to call for the Walsh frame, lol! I've got the sickness that the Dr's can't treat, lol!!! Not that I'd want to cure it! Anyway nice radiator set-up. Only one thing needs to be done to it. Make that baby shine!!!! BLNIG BLING BLING!!!

Higgy - Where did you get your AFCO? Or who sells AFCO?

Higgy, I don't think Walsh makes the 250R radiator anymore. Here is what I made. Stock 250R radiator with the Walsh shrouds. I made the brackets to hold the shrouds and the front screen. Now I just need to get it all TIG welded.

Side pic. Would be easy for someone to make another, I know Fourwerx makes carbon fiber shrouds for the Walsh radiators, Quad Tech no longer dose.

I bought mine on Fleabay, but it ended up comming from Jassen if I remember correctly. The only thing bad about the AFCO radiators is that during some point in the assembly process it pinches one of the corners causing some of the fins to get a little smashed up. Not a big deal, unless ur building a show bike. I sent mine back and Joel said that he had to go through almost the whole shipment to get one that was perfect. It was probably just someone in the assembly deptment not paying enough attention to detail and they let it slide. I assume just a bad batch. However their customer service was great and I came out of happy and would do business with them again.
