A guy I know who also ride quads, it was a person who landed on recently in a snowmobile race. He escaped with some bruises.
And I was and watched a race when there was one that was landed on that broke his back and was unconscious and had spasms when paramedics tried to restrain him on a stretcher. But he got well and is still riding.
