i just bought this 30gb old ipod classic to resell, i paid $10 for it. i can have it sold but i cant figure out how to like master clear everything off of it. someone help?

I'm fairly certain you will have to restore it with Itunes. That will reload the software, and take it back to factory settings. In my opinion, I would sell like it is. The older models tend to run slow on the some on the newer software. There's a way to load the older software, but it's always been a pain in the butt for me.

Settings>reset. Let them upload itunes
