name that frame

Who do you guys think this frame is made by? From shock mount and motor mounts are different than I have seen before and there aren't any markings..

That's my buddies bike. I think he said he was told that it is a Hermann. This was one of those bikes he bought and never had much to do with.

maybe I am wrong but I dont think hermann ever made a 250r frame.

They made Hybrid frames, so it's possible they started with 250R frames.

It's also possible that it's an RPM frame.

There was a guy raced TT with us had a 250R Herman frame. I guess it was early 2000 when it was being raced.

A Pro rider bought it from that guy, back early fall last year, going to run Pro class with it & was so cracked up every where he put it to the side & later gave the thing away.

It don't look real sturdy in the pics does it? But I guess you can only tell so much from pics too...
